Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, graders) for infrastructure maintenance
- Perform road repairs, drainage system upkeep, and snow removal operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Assist in construction projects including parks and public facilities
- Document work activities and maintain accurate equipment logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement
- 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Colorado driver's license with clean record
