Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Operate light equipment like mowers, sweepers, and hand tools
- Assist in road repair, snow removal, and park maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Respond to emergency weather and storm cleanup duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass physical fitness assessment
- Experience with hand/power tools and light machinery preferred
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
