Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance on roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery including mowers, sweepers, and hand tools
- Assist in stormwater drainage system upkeep
- Participate in beautification projects and park maintenance
- Adhere to all OSHA and city safety protocols
- Document work activities and complete required reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction or maintenance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and physical examination
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
