Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Operate light equipment (mowers, trimmers, hand tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system inspections
- Support emergency response efforts during severe weather events
- Conduct routine inspections of public spaces and report hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on community improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction/maintenance tools and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience in public works or construction preferred
