Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain roads, sidewalks, drainage systems, and green spaces
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Assist in emergency response during weather events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Complete daily work logs and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
