Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for street maintenance, drainage systems, and park facilities
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, sweepers, dump trucks)
- Assist in emergency storm response and debris removal
- Maintain public grounds through landscaping and vegetation control
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Support infrastructure repair projects including sidewalk and curb work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in extreme weather
- Experience with construction tools or heavy equipment preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
