Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bulldozers, graders) and hand tools safely
- Construct/repair roads, sidewalks, drainage systems, and parks
- Conduct routine inspections and report infrastructure issues
- Maintain job site safety per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Assist in emergency storm response and disaster recovery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- CDL Class B preferred (training provided)
