Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and paving
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, dump trucks)
- Assist in storm drain maintenance and repair
- Support road resurfacing and sidewalk projects
- Maintain job site safety protocols and cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public works initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Basic equipment operation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
