Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Operate light machinery including shovels, jackhammers, and power tools
- Assist in storm drain cleaning, snow removal, and vegetation control
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Support installation of traffic signs, barricades, and construction markers
- Collaborate with crew members to complete daily project goals
- Document work activities and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven terrain
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
