Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for street maintenance, park development, and facility repairs
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, graders, hand tools) under supervision
- Assist in debris removal, landscaping, and seasonal weather response
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Complete basic documentation and equipment checks
- Collaborate with crew leads and fellow laborers on daily tasks
- Participate in mandatory safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level welcome!
- Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
