Responsibilities
- Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair of city infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely under supervision
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform general cleanup and site preparation tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with crew members to complete daily project goals
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive paid training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
