Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling for public infrastructure projects

- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout project phases
- Support skilled tradespersons with material preparation and equipment setup
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid New York State Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
