Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including street repairs, drainage maintenance, and park upkeep
- Operate light machinery (e.g., mowers, sweepers) and hand tools safely
- Assist in storm response and snow removal operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
