Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving operations
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, excavators) with OSHA-certified precision
- Maintain public spaces including parks, sidewalks, and storm drainage systems
- Adhere to safety protocols during all field operations
- Complete digital reporting via remote work portal during hybrid days
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools (e.g., field apps)
- Experience with heavy machinery operation preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
