Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling for infrastructure projects
- Operate light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, tampers, power tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist in road maintenance, repair, and signage installation
- Maintain clean and organized work sites following OSHA standards
- Participate in stormwater management and drainage system upkeep
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with hand/power tools or heavy equipment preferred
- Strong work ethic and commitment to team collaboration
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
