Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and asphalt pavers
- Perform manual labor in road construction, sewer maintenance, and park development
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and municipal standards
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Maintain accurate project documentation and equipment logs
- Collaborate with engineering teams for precision infrastructure work
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Class A CDL license required
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pennsylvania Driver's License with clean record
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
