Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park installations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and proper equipment protocols
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Oregon driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
