Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and equipment operation
- Assist in road maintenance, sewer repairs, and park development projects
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout project durations
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather events

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with construction tools and heavy equipment preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications within 30 days
