Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving operations
- Operate light equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and pneumatic tools
- Assist in road repair, drainage maintenance, and snow removal
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Transport materials and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with hand/power tools and construction equipment preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
