Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders) for construction projects
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and concrete work
- Install and maintain public infrastructure (roads, drainage systems, utilities)
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist in project documentation and quality control checks
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers
- Maintain equipment and worksite cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction/public works experience
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with blueprints and construction plans
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
