Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (shovels, saws, etc.)
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk maintenance, and park infrastructure projects
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Support emergency response during weather events (snow removal, etc.)
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet daily project milestones
- Complete basic equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for equipment operation)
