Responsibilities
- Operate light machinery (street sweepers, loaders) for maintenance projects
- Perform manual labor including digging, paving, and debris removal
- Assist in roadway repair, landscaping, and storm drain maintenance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Maintain clean and organized work zones throughout project sites
- Document daily progress and equipment usage reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in construction or landscaping a plus
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
