Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Safely operate light machinery under supervision (training provided)

- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members on daily projects
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Valid Florida Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
