What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, and rollers under supervision.
- Perform manual labor including grading, paving, pothole repair, and debris removal.
- Assist in snow and ice removal operations during inclement weather.
- Maintain and clean work sites, including repairing guardrails and signage.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of construction or public works operations is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
