Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery (excavators, dump trucks, graders)
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving
- Assist in roadway maintenance, drainage systems, and park infrastructure
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project timelines
- Document work progress and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year construction or public works experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screening required
