Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including street sweeping, park maintenance, and snow removal
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers) safely and efficiently
- Assist in traffic control and construction zone setup
- Conduct routine inspections of public facilities and report hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with hand/power tools and light machinery preferred
- Basic knowledge of traffic control procedures
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
