Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and drainage system maintenance
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, compactors) under supervision
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk construction, and park facility upkeep
- Safely handle materials and equipment following OSHA standards
- Participate in snow removal and emergency response operations
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
