Responsibilities
- Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair of city infrastructure
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, trenchers)
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols
- Document work progress and materials used
- Collaborate with crew members on daily tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
