Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance of streets, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers) and hand tools safely
- Assist in stormwater management and erosion control projects
- Coordinate with remote team members via digital platforms for task assignments
- Conduct routine inspections of public works infrastructure

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with basic hand/power tools and light machinery
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
