Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, debris removal, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers, hand tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist in stormwater drainage system upkeep and street repair projects
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure and report hazards
- Maintain clean work zones following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on community improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction/maintenance tools and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic with ability to follow instructions independently
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
