Responsibilities
- Perform road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and drainage system upkeep
- Operate light machinery (bobcats, dump trucks) and hand tools safely
- Assist in park maintenance, snow removal, and storm response
- Follow OSHA protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project efficiency
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
- Support community events setup and infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Willingness to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions precisely
- Pre-employment physical and drug screening required
