Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, trenchers, dump trucks) under supervision
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Assist in asphalt/concrete repairs and storm drain maintenance
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Support emergency response during weather events
- Follow all OSHA and municipal safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
