Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and power tools
- Assist in repairing streets, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Manage waste removal and recycling operations
- Conduct routine inspections of public works infrastructure
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain equipment and work areas in clean, organized condition
- Document daily activities and submit progress reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Experience in outdoor physical labor preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
