Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repair, drainage systems, and park upkeep
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) safely and efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public projects
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate work logs and project documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with heavy equipment operation (backhoes, loaders)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency in digital reporting tools (remote work component)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
