Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, park upkeep, and facility maintenance
- Operate hand/power tools and light equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Assist in stormwater management and snow removal operations
- Complete daily reports and documentation using our remote digital platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
- Participate in sustainability initiatives including recycling programs
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years construction/labor experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and physical assessment
