Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in parks, streets, and facilities maintenance
- Operate light machinery (mowers, sweepers, snow removal equipment)
- Assist in infrastructure repair and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather
- Maintain accurate work records and equipment logs
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina and weather adaptability
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
