Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance on sidewalks, roads, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks
- Respond to emergency weather-related infrastructure repairs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on urban beautification projects
- Adhere to OSHA and municipal safety protocols
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Document work progress and material usage in digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- 1+ years of construction or maintenance experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with hand/power tools
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) preferred
