Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist in street maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and drainage system upkeep
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers, trucks) under supervision
- Support park and facility maintenance projects
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Document work activities and maintain equipment inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with construction tools and equipment preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and hazard recognition
- Ability to work in all weather conditions outdoors
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
