Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including street repairs, landscaping, and waste management
- Operate light machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, snow removal equipment)
- Maintain public parks, sidewalks, and municipal facilities
- Respond to emergency weather conditions (snow, flooding, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete daily maintenance logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Tennessee Class B CDL license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with landscaping or construction equipment preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
