Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including road repairs, park maintenance, and facility upkeep
- Operate light machinery (e.g., lawn mowers, sweepers) following safety protocols
- Assist in stormwater management and flood control initiatives
- Support emergency response during severe weather events
- Conduct routine inspections of public property and report hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
- Adhere to all OSHA and municipal safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Experience with hand/power tools and equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Commitment to public service and community values
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
