Responsibilities
- Perform street maintenance and repair operations
- Operate heavy machinery including snowplows and street sweepers
- Assist in storm response and emergency cleanup efforts
- Maintain public parks and recreational facilities
- Ensure proper waste collection and recycling procedures
- Conduct infrastructure inspections and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
