Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) safely and effectively
- Assist in road repairs, sidewalk maintenance, and park beautification
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Report hazards and maintenance needs to supervisors
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required
