- Construct and repair streets, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely
- Perform grounds maintenance and vegetation control
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Experience with construction equipment preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and measurement skills
