Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, landscaping, and facility upkeep
- Operate light machinery and equipment safely (e.g., jackhammers, power saws)
- Assist in emergency response during weather events or public safety incidents
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in sustainable infrastructure projects supporting Las Vegas' green initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project efficiency
- Complete accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada Driver's License with clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation experience
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with construction/maintenance tools preferred
