Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of streets, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, and dump trucks
- Assist in emergency storm response and debris removal operations
- Conduct inspections and repairs of public infrastructure assets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Missouri Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year construction or public works experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen required
