Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and infrastructure maintenance
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Assist in construction projects, road repairs, and facility maintenance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Document work progress and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site planning
- Participate in emergency response and storm cleanup operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varied weather
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with GIS mapping software a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
