Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and equipment operation
- Assist in construction/maintenance of roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely per OSHA standards
- Follow precise instructions from supervisors on-site
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal
- Document daily work activities and material usage
- Participate in emergency response during weather-related incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
