Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Operate light equipment (jackhammers, saws, compactors) under supervision
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk maintenance, and park infrastructure projects
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily work assignments efficiently
- Report hazards and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Support emergency response during severe weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and light equipment operation
- Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA standards
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
