Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and utility maintenance
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, graders) with proper safety protocols
- Assist in repairing roads, sidewalks, and storm drainage systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Adhere to OSHA standards and municipal safety regulations
- Document work activities and maintain project site cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills preferred
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Willingness to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
