Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and material handling for infrastructure projects
- Operate light equipment (jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park landscaping
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Document work progress and report equipment issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
